The Toral Family Foundation donated $10,000 to the Brooks Rehabilitation Clubhouse, a day program that provides long-term support to those 16 and older with a brain injury. The gift is expected to fund more than 400 visits for those otherwise unable to attend.

“Recovery can be a lifelong battle for brain injury survivors,” Kathy Martin, the clubhouse’s manager, said. “So when insurance runs out after a few months, a vast majority of these individuals are left without support and can no longer afford to access critical programs and services due to financial restraints.”
